Data Ownership

All analytics, insights, and content collected and processed through the Hapttic platform remain the property of Hapttic Corporation and are licensed to customers for use as part of their subscription or service agreement.

Users retain ownership of the original data or content they upload to the platform.

Service Availability

We aim to provide continuous, reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Hapttic may occasionally need to perform maintenance, updates, or improvements, which may temporarily affect access.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service at any time, with or without notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Hapttic shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Hapttic is not liable for data loss, unauthorized access, or third-party actions unless caused by our gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

However, no system is fully secure. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

In the event of a data breach, Hapttic will notify affected individuals as required by law.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@hapttic.com.

Hapttic reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the Services, or engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior.

Upon termination, your access will cease immediately, and Hapttic may delete your account data within the time limits specified in the Privacy Policy.

Your continued use of Hapttic after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts located in Newark, Delaware.
